in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites. Casa Mezzavalle is located in Pelugo, a small mountain village in Rendena Valley, a convenient starting point for the exploration of a region rich in natural beauties and resources.
The surrounding environment has been the source of inspiration for the design of our spaces: the forests and the mountain peaks lead to colorful and spacious apartments and lovely attics, furnished and decorated with care.
Each apartment features a large living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, one or two bedrooms, including loft-bedrooms, one bathroom with shower box and, depending on the type, a balcony.

Each apartment is also equipped with an independent LPG-fueled heating system and includes washing machine, iron, satellite color TV, free wireless Internet service, storage basement for skis or bicycles, private backyard and outdoor parking.
Nearby, there are several amenities such as an indoor pool with an equipped fitness center, a nine-hole golf course with related practice course, a nice mini-golf course, an equestrian center, a tennis court, bike path that connects the entire valley, numerous children's playgrounds, and finally, the ski resort of Pinzolo, from which it is possible to access the new Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta Val di Sole Val Rendena Skiarea.
Casa Mezzavalle offers annual, seasonal, monthly, weekly rentals, and, upon request, shorter periods of stay.
